Things to Note
Authors are requested to submit the final paper manuscript not exceeding four pages of A4 size in length including title, author’s affiliation, abstract, figures and references in IEEE format. The material should be the original work of the author which is not published so for in any other magazines or journals. All submissions must have an additional page containing the paper title, author’s affiliation, name of the corresponding author, complete mailing address, telephone, fax no. and email id. Please identify one Contact Person. On the same page you should clearly summarize the novelty of your contribution & indicate the desired technical areas (maximum of two). No hardcopies will be accepted. Authors are requested to send the final paper manuscript to “incemic.papers@gmail.com”
The technical contents of all the papers will be reviewed by an expert technical program committee (TPC). Final papers must not exceed four pages including figures, tables and references. At least one author of each paper should register for the conference. The Final Acceptance of the full paper for publication in the conference proceedings will be intimated by due date.
A technical exhibition will be organised during the conference. The exhibition of EMI/EMC/RF-Microwave Components, EMI/EMC Test Instrumentation and facilities and analytical electromagnetic tools for EMC design will be one of the major events of INCEMIC 2018. Exhibitors are welcome to participate wholeheartedly in this event. For details on space for exhibition and also for any advertisement in the Souvenir, please contact the Exhibition Chair by email.
Authors are eligible for Best Paper Award. Those who are willing to be considered for the Best Paper Contest should request for the entry during the submission of the final paper. The author(s) of the selected paper will be awarded during the closing ceremony of the conference.
Students are encouraged to submit their paper for the Best Student Paper Award by specifically requesting for the entry during the submission of the final paper. Only student can apply for the award as a first author of the paper, although co-authors may include non-student researchers. The student author of the selected paper will be awarded during the closing ceremony of the conference. Please bring some official certificate confirming your student status with you.
Considering the overwhelming response and submission of large number of papers from authors and paucity of time to accommodate in technical sessions, Poster Sessions are introduced. Technically-rich Best Poster will be awarded from INCEMIC2023 ON WARDS.
